The saviour for gastroesophageal reflux sufferers. Severe gastroesophageal reflux can cause pharyngitis. I initially tried Super Enzymes for slight improvement and then Pepsin HCL for further relief, but it still occurs occasionally, so I had to increase the dosage. Currently, I take Jarrow Formulas L-glutamine, one tablet in the morning and one on an empty stomach. After a week, my gastroesophageal reflux has been managed effectively. Even with increased coffee consumption, it did not trigger gastroesophageal reflux.
